By visiting our website you accept the terms and conditions specified below, regardless of whether you are a registered user or not. The following terms and conditions apply to all pages accessible at the bsc.hu domain. Failure to familiarise with the following terms does not provide exemption from their effect in any way. We reserve the right to amend the terms of use.

The www.bsc.hu website is operated by BSC Kft. The contents and functionalities of the webpages at are the intellectual property of BSC Kft. The contents and/or functionality of the website must not be used in part or in full without the written consent of the owner.

BSC Kft. endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the data on its website but will not accept any liability for the following:

  • the accuracy of the data shown on the website and any damage suffered in connection with using the data;
  • any mistakes in the instructions for use of the webstore;
  • the contents of external pages accessible through links from our website.

Webstore

Familiarity with and acceptance of the limitations of the Internet, with special regard to speed and potential errors, are prerequisites of using the webstore. We reserve the right to change the terms of shopping, the products and the prices in the webstore.

BSC Hungary Kereskedelmi Kft, the operator of the www.bsc.hu website hereby declares that it respects the constitutional right to the protection of personal data.

It commits to conducting its operations in compliance with the following laws, statutory decrees and recommendations with regard to the collection and processing of information from users of the website:
  • Act VI of 1998 on the automated processing of personal data;
  • Act LXIII of 1992 on the protection of personal data and the publicity of data of public interest
  • Act XL of 2001 on communication, Chapter VIII;
  • Act CVIII of 2001 on particular issues of electronic trading services and services connected to the information society;
  • Government Decree 253/2001 (XII.18) on the special conditions of data handling by communication service providers, the security of data in communication services, and the rules of caller ID displaying and call redirecting;
  • the relevant articles of Act IV of 1959 on the Civil Code.

BSC Kft. commits to handling all information collected from the visitors and registered users of its website in a fully confidential fashion, refraining from sharing the same with any third party and from making its publicly available or store without the consent of the user.

The above commitment notwithstanding, the company reserves the right to collect anonymous information automatically concerning the traffic of its websites, including the number and frequency of visits. Such information will be processed solely after pooling, and will only be used for statistical purposes.

Registration data are only required for fulfilling, confirming and tracking orders. In compliance with the relevant legal regulations, the interested parties, i.e. the registered users of BSC Kft. are entitled to request information concerning their data stored in the system and also to request that the same be deleted.

In order to prevent unauthorised access and publication as well as to ensure that the stored data are accurate and secure and to fully utilise the data, BSC Kft. uses the most suitable physical, electronic and technical equipment and methods to store and secure all information collected from the users.

Delivery and payment conditions

When submitting your order, BSC Kft. will offer you the choice between collection in person and home delivery.

Collection in person

Choose this option if you wish to collect your order from our Véső Street or Törökbálint site. At our Véső Street warehouse, you can collect your order after the invoice is issued and a brief wait. For large orders or if you are in a hurry, please notify us of the time of your arrival when submitting your order or before you set off by contacting our customer service or calling our Telesales line (452-4666). Your invoice and order will be prepared and waiting for you in the warehouse, and you will be served immediately. The warehouse is open Mondays to Fridays between 8 am and 6 pm.

Home delivery

Choose this option during the order process if you wish your order to be delivered to your doorstep. One of the several contracted courier partners of BSC Kft. will deliver your order, depending on its volume. Note that you will be charged for home delivery! Delivery charge is HUF 1,000 per delivery within Budapest and HUF 2,000 per delivery outside Budapest, regardless of the volume of the order. If the net value of your order exceeds HUF 200,000 we will deliver it free of charge.

In the case of home delivery, we will deliver your order placed before 4 pm on the next working day. You will also receive a preliminary notification e-mail concerning the delivery from BSC Kft.

Terms of payment

All newly registered partners are recorder as cash payers. In order to set up bank transfer payments, we will need the balance sheet and profit and loss account of your company for the previous year, and we will enter a reseller agreement. Your credit line and the payment deadline will be determined on the basis of the documents you supply. We may use a credit insurer under certain circumstances.

Please notify your contact person, our customer service or the Telesales team if you wish to pay by bank transfer.


Using your warranty

HRP Hungary Kft. supplies the products it distributes with a warranty slip, which details the period and terms of the warranty. The warranty slip must be completed when purchasing the product from a retailer, the date of purchase and the serial number of the product must be specified.
In the case of a fault, contact the authorised service partner specified on the warranty slip. FixDirect Kft. is the authorised service partner of the following manufacturers: www.fixdirect.hu
When handing over the product, you must present the original and accurately completed Warranty Slip supplied with the product or, if that is not available, a copy of the receipt verifying the purchase. If neither of these documents is presented, the service partner will charge for the repair works at its usual rates.
If it is ascertained in the course of the repair works that the problem was due to inappropriate use of the product rather than a mechanical breakdown, the customer will be charged for the inspection of the product.
