General Contracting Terms and Conditions

Please present the original and accurately completed Warranty Slip supplied with the product you wish to hand in for repair work. If the Warranty Slip is not available, a copy of the receipt verifying the purchase will be accepted. If neither document is available, you will be charged for the repair works carried out.

If it is ascertained in the course of the repair works that the problem was due to inappropriate use of the product rather than a mechanical breakdown, the customer will be charged for the inspection of the product.
